Mario Balotelli is an Italian footballer who has always showed an incredible amount of potential, but has not fulfilled it in my opinion due to attitude issues. He would be best known for his league winning assist to Aguero in 2012 where Man City snook the league title off Man United.


Mario began his professional footballing days at Inter Milan 11 years ago. He started off as a real prodigy after clocking 20 goals for the club very quickly. He secured a move to Man City in England in 2010 where he made 52 appearances. Things didn't really go to plan in Manchester so he moved to Milan in Italy where he was very successful scoring 26 goals. Wanting another stab at the premier league in England, he joined Liverpool in 2014. He had a very rough time in Merseyside only scoring 1 goal. Mario sealed an inevitable move to Nice in France in attempt to rejuvenate his career. He was seen as a right off, and was sold for a small sum of money. Mario defied the odds and has been in the form of his life. He has scored 27 goals in 39 games to date for Nice. His is currently looking like seeing out his career in the French city as he is very happy. He is a wonderful player and is very popular.
 He has not got too long left, but he can certainly be proud of what he has achieved, although many people, including myself believe he could have reached higher heights.
