Andrea Pirlo Andrea Pirlo is a very well known, hero of the game. He is Italian and has had an extremely successful career. He retired in 2017. He began his footballing career at an Italian club called Brescia who play in the Calcio B, which is essentially the 2nd flight in Italy. He spent 3 years here, playing 47 games. This was a huge move for him, as he was going to be their main man and was receiving a huge wage. Andrea settled in Milan and spent 11 years there, playing 284 games, scoring 34 goals.
